We start with a conversation by video call, email, or in person if you are based in Barcelona or Buenos Aires. We want to understand your project, your space, your timeline, and what you are hoping light can do for you. This phase is always remote-friendly.
We develop a lighting concept tailored to your project, including mood references, spatial strategy, fixture proposals, and technical direction. This is delivered as a document or presentation and reviewed together on a shared call. Entirely remote if needed.
We develop the full lighting design, technical documentation, fixture schedules, BIM and CAD drawings, showfiles, or light plots depending on the project type. This phase runs remotely, with regular check-ins and shared working files. For architecture projects, we coordinate directly with your on-the-ground contractor or integrator.
Depending on the project, we travel for key moments, opening nights, technical rehearsals, installation days, or final commissioning. For architecture and light art projects, an on-site visit is often essential at the final stage. For live events, broadcasting, and streaming work, we are always present. We assess this together at the start of each project.
We work with a BIM environment for technical documentation, grandMA2/MA3 and Chamsys for programming, and standard file-sharing tools for collaboration. We adapt to your workflows, whether you work with an architecture studio, a production company, or a venue team. We are comfortable joining your tools, your calls, and your internal processes.
We work fluently in English and Spanish. Our team includes collaborators across Europe and Latin America, which means we can navigate cultural and technical contexts in both regions with ease. Documents, meetings, and deliverables can be in either language or both.
Tell us about your project, where it is, what it needs, and when. We will get back to you within 48 working hours with an honest answer about whether we are the right fit and what the next step looks like.
We work from Barcelona and Buenos Aires, and we travel when the project calls for it.
